Program Term, Billing & Scheduling
Agreement Term:
Annual plans run for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning February 1, 2026. Monthly billing remains the same regardless of seasonal service frequency, with payment due on the 1st of each month.
Scheduling:
Service dates vary based on weather, growth rate, and site conditions. Our team schedules services using professional judgment to ensure proper care. Abnormal site conditions may require additional services billed separately.
Renewal & Pricing:
Agreements renew automatically each year unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal. Pricing may adjust annually to reflect labor, fuel, and material costs.

- Weekly lawn mowing during the spring, summer, and fall season
- Trimming, edging, and blowing of all maintained areas
- One (1) spring cleanup
- Three (3) fall cleanups
- Seasonal property inspections

Does not include: Mulch, fertilization, shrub detailing, or priority scheduling.

- Fertilization and weed control program (6 applications annually)
- Shrub and hedge trimming (up to 2 times per year)
- Mulching all flower beds
