Why Choose an Annual Maintenance Plan?

Program Term, Billing & Scheduling

Agreement Term:

Annual plans run for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning February 1, 2026. Monthly billing remains the same regardless of seasonal service frequency, with payment due on the 1st of each month.

Scheduling:

Service dates vary based on weather, growth rate, and site conditions. Our team schedules services using professional judgment to ensure proper care. Abnormal site conditions may require additional services billed separately.

Renewal & Pricing:

Agreements renew automatically each year unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal. Pricing may adjust annually to reflect labor, fuel, and material costs.

Your plan bundles recurring mowing and trimming along with seasonal cleanups and inspections. Signature adds fertilization/weed control, mulch, bed work, and priority scheduling. Premier adds snow removal, gutter cleaning, winter inspections, and highest priority scheduling.

Yes. Annual programs are billed in equal monthly installments over 12 months, even though certain services happen seasonally.
Annual plans begin February 1, 2026 and continue for twelve consecutive months, then renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.
All plans include weekly mowing during the spring, summer, and fall season, along with trimming, edging, and leaf blowing.
Essential includes one spring cleanup and three fall cleanups. Signature and Premier include the same cleanup schedule, plus additional services depending on the plan.
It’s included in the Signature plan (6 applications annually) and the Premier plan (because it includes everything in Signature).
Mulching all flower beds is included in Signature and Premier. Essential does not include mulch.
Yes. Signature and Premier clients receive priority scheduling during peak seasons, with Premier receiving the highest priority year-round.
Yes. We serve Bay Village, Westlake, Lakewood, Rocky River, Fairview Park, Avon, Avon Lake, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, and Olmsted Falls.
If we encounter abnormal conditions or you request additional services (like drainage improvements or new installations), we’ll provide options for written approval and bill those items separately.
